Client: Advanced Structures and Composites Center at the University of Maine (in-house)—DeepCwind Consortium project.
Role: Design lead, copywriter and editor, venue and AV liaison, event-day labor, post production.
Tools and Format: Adobe Creative Suite. Various print productions. Campaign included save-the-date postcards, press releases, a brochure advertising sponsorship opportunities, a program of the day’s activities with speaker biographies, overview posters of the DeepCwind Consortium’s areas of research, and packaging art for a DVD of the proceedings.

We distributed hundreds of postcards to companies, organizations, and individuals in the industries related to and affected by the deepwater offshore wind R&D.

The two-toned green color scheme became part of the conference branding through the postcards announcing the event, brochure calling for sponsorship, printed agenda, and signage.

The interior spread of the sponsorship brochure highlighted the options and respective benefits of sponsoring the conference.
